Job summary

Wolt, based in London, is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager for Digital Ordering EMEA. You will shape the regional strategy, influence product prioritisation, and drive market expansion across diverse EMEA markets.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to deliver scalable processes, robust forecasts, and merchant-focused improvements. This role anchors growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy, or a similar role.
• Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme, ideally in a new market.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven recommendations.
• Commercial fluency: translating merchant needs into product requirements and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global Digital Ordering strategy and adapt it to EMEA, including segments, pricing and positioning.
• Influence the product: be the voice of EMEA merchants, build business cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise needs.
• Expand to new markets: assess and prioritise markets, build launch plans, drive go-live and early traction with local teams.
• Scale how we work: build processes, forecasting, reporting and enablement for growth across regions.
• Support key deals: work with regional Sales and Account Management on merchant partnerships and terms.
• Stay ahead of the market: track ordering trends and competitors, turning insights into leadership recommendations.
• Bridge product & Ops: help launch new features to grow merchant partnerships.
