You will drive budget efficiency, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to close growth gaps in the EMEA region. This position is based in the UK and requires a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own goal-setting and track efficiency for growth initiatives using data.
• Manage growth budget efficiency and ROI; reallocating spend or running experiments.
• Collaborate with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and ship initiatives.
• Drive growth partnerships and push changes to fix underperformance.
