At Atlassian, we are building a global customer success organization. As Head of EMEA Customer Success, you will lead a team of CSMs across Commercial and Enterprise to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion in the region.

You will partner with VP of Customer Experience and CRO to shape a unified customer experience. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, define success metrics, and ensure customers realize value from Atlassian’s products.

Qualificações

• Proven track record leading customer success teams.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and coach large teams toward high performance.

Responsabilidades

• Team leadership & development: Manage multiple CSMs across Enterprise and Commercial segments; onboard and develop your team to become subject matter experts on DX products and services.
• Drive customer outcomes: focus on renewals, retention, and expansion.
• Customer health & risk management: monitor health and implement risk mitigation; ensure high renewal rates.
• Upsell and expansion: build relationships with key customers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Product and other departments to improve customer experience.
