Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior EMEA Procurement Manager to source, negotiate, and manage outsourced services for a Fortune 500 client across the EMEA region. You will work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies and oversee supplier performance.

The role sits within the Procurement function and requires leading bids, contracts, and vendor management while ensuring compliance and delivering cost savings across 40+ countries.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading strategic sourcing initiatives specifically for hard and soft FM services.
• Experience developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Experience managing a sourcing program across geographies, supporting FM Operations and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and pricing structures.
• Solid understanding of Facilities Management Services.
• Experience in contract management with FM service providers is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing bids up to $2m USD.
• Ability to use metrics and reporting software to support presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify market trends and sourcing options across vendors.
• Plan and lead negotiations to improve quality of service while minimizing cost.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes including risk and compliance.
• Support RFQ/RFP/ITB creation, vendor selection and contracting.
• Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional providers; ensure compliance.
• Manage supplier certification and conduct periodic reviews of vendor performance.
• Coordinate supplier reviews and leverage CBRE GWS software for management.
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers.
• Ensure timely communication and adherence to SLAs.
• Track annual savings targets and maintain a savings database.
