Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Strategic Events EMEA for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role leads a six-member team and drives the PAN-EMEA events strategy, aligning with Global Strategic Events and regional marketing priorities to fuel pipeline and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B event or field marketing.
• 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
• Experience delivering strategic events that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience planning annual events budgets and goals.

Responsibilities

• Own PAN-EMEA events strategy and planning across Snowflake-led events, third-party sponsorships, and partner events.
• Lead and develop a team of six event professionals (four direct reports).
• Plan and report on Snowflake-owned flagship events (World Tour, Data for Breakfast, Summit presence).
• Steer strategic third-party sponsorships (Davos, MWC, Cannes Lions, Gartner, SAP).
• Shape executive programming and ensure meaningful C-level engagement.
• Drive measurable pipeline impact through events in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Manage budget, forecasts, spend, and ROI across the portfolio.
