Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect in EMEA Professional Services to own the technical delivery of deployments for the region's largest banks and financial institutions. You will design integration patterns, API setups, and security architectures, collaborating with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure smooth transitions from deal close to production and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering post-sale implementations for complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, or with Banks/Financial Institutions/enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Define enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEA.
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
