Job summary
Waters Corporation is seeking a Senior Director of Service to lead the regional service delivery organization across Europe, Middle-East & Africa for the Advanced Diagnostics Division. The role reports to the Vice President of Global Service and collaborates with regional teams to increase service attachment and optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in medical device, diagnostics, or analytical instrument industry.
- 5+ years leading remote teams.
- Proven experience growing service contract revenue or managing service P&L.
- Strong understanding of regulated, high-volume testing environments.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent English communication.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Increase service revenue through volume and price across EMEA.
- Partner with regional sales to maximize service attachments.
- Deploy proactive maintenance, remote diagnostics, and informatics.
- Monitor KPIs to maximize system uptime and utilization.
- Optimize service workflows for installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality policies.
- Align regional capabilities with clinical customer needs.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams.
