Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced EMEA SEO Manager to lead organic search and generative search initiatives for Acrobat or Firefly. The role is hybrid in Shoreditch, London, with 2-3 days onsite and a 12-month contract.

You will shape GEO-driven content strategies, work closely with marketing and product teams, and drive visibility across traditional and AI-powered search to engage users and boost growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a focus on content strategy.
• Experience augmenting SEO workflows with AI, leveraging AI tools and automation.
• Demonstrable understanding of GEO / LLMO, entity signals and AI-generated content formats.
• Proficiency with SEMRush, Google Search Console, and content optimization platforms.
• Strong analytical approach to craft content strategies and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content-focused SEO strategy for the chosen product category (Acrobat or Firefly).
• Own GEO initiatives, optimising content and entity signals for AI-generated answers.
• Conduct deep keyword research and analyze search intent using SEMRush, Analytics and Search Console.
• Augment SEO workflows with AI to scale research, content, and reporting.
• Collaborate with content strategists, UX designers and marketing teams to create search-friendly experiences.
• Analyze SEO and GEO performance and report on trends and opportunities.
