Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment in the EMEA region for our Field Engineering and GTM teams. You will identify top talent, engage passive candidates, and use data to set benchmarks and hiring strategies, partnering with leadership to build high-performing teams.

You will report to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition. You will build strategic partnerships, run intake sessions with engineering leaders, and develop closing approaches supported by market data to

Qualifications

Experience recruiting Go-To-Market professionals, across multiple EMEA markets.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data rather than opinion.
Experience scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company.
Mentor/coach recruiting teammates and share knowledge.
In-house SaaS/Data/AI recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and execute full-cycle hiring strategies for Field Engineering in EMEA.
Develop engaged talent pipelines for Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
Run intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering leaders and define role seniority.
Create closing approaches using market data to manage partner expectations.
Lead workforce planning and forecasting using hiring data.
Ensure a positive interview experience and continual improvement of the hiring process.
