Here at The Floow, we harness the power of data and social science to influence driver behaviour and cut down on road risks. By joining our mission, you’ll be helping to make driving smarter, safer, and more affordable for everyone.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a dedicated Strategic Partner to a portfolio of existing clients within EMEA; with a view to increasing recurring revenues. Ensuring 100% client retention. Maintaining a revenue growth opportunity pipeline to ensure annual existing business revenue targets are met.
- Developing New Business opportunities across the Motor Insurance industry and within relevant adjacent markets. Taking a solution sales-led approach; collaborating effectively with our internal teams to understand the client connected insurance strategy and identify the appropriate standard product scope and fit. Ensuring consistent achievement of your new business annual revenue targets. Fully qualifying all opportunities to optimise prioritisation of any leads.
- Taking a proactive approach to lead generation. Collaborating with our internal Product Group to deliver meaningful opportunities for engagement with key client stakeholders; to strengthen existing relationships, create new business opportunities, or to build brand awareness. Identifying, co-ordinating as needed, and attending, industry and networking events with a view to both initiating and developing relationships with key players and enabling new business opportunities. Identifying new Sales Partnership opportunities and establishing these where possible to enable lead generation and reseller agreements which increase revenues and/or profitability.
- Taking the lead in negotiating all commercial agreements. Owning new business contract discussions, and the renegotiation of existing business client contracts at the point of renewal. Ensuring these are in line with our standard offering and engaging input from the Senior Leadership Team, CEO, and external legal team if needed, to ensure profitable and serviceable client engagements.
