Job summary

ICTS Europe is seeking an EMEA Security Control Centre Supervisor to oversee daily ESCC operations, ensuring timely incident responses and effective people, systems and procedures management. The role develops security policies, supports travel risk management, and provides guidance and training to ESCC operators while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a security operations centre within a multinational organisation.
• Experience supervising physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion) and related platforms.
• Experience monitoring incidents across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong incident escalation, reporting and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incident alert and response platforms 24/7 to identify, assess and escalate incidents according to SOPs.
• Report incidents across the EMEA region as per SOPs.
• Collate and report on security-related intelligence to safeguard staff and travellers.
• Supervise emergency procedures and out-of-hours security team operations across the EMEA region.
