EMEA Sales Director - Software – Hybrid (South Yorkshire Office 3 Days Min Required)

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the technology sector? Parkinson Lee is the retained partner for an innovative and fast-paced SaaS business, searching for a Sales Director to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition & revenue growth across EMEA
  2. Foster cross-selling and up-selling strategies within existing customer accounts
  3. Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy
  4. Provide insightful reporting & analysis to drive data-driven decisions
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS/software sales
  2. Track record of exceeding sales targets & delivering revenue growth
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  4. Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (Salesforce experience a plus)
