Record360 by Point of Rental Software is a rapidly growing leader in digital inspection and asset condition reporting. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Record360, EMEA, to lead a team of Account Executives focused on new business and Account Managers expanding revenue within existing customers.

The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans, achieving targets, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving overall growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-performance B2B SaaS sales teams.
• History of quota over-achievement.
• Experience with consultative sales cycles and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet revenue quotas.
• Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives.
• Monitor pipeline and coaching to reduce churn.
• Analyse performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to grow revenue.
