CoreWeave is expanding its Revenue Operations leadership to the EMEA region, seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Revenue Operations. You will partner with regional GTM leaders, apply global forecasting, and drive regional operating rhythms to deliver predictable, accelerated growth while aligning with global standards and local nuances.

The role reports to Global VP Revenue Operations with a mandate to co-design the operating model, influence pricing and deal standards, and lead EMEA

Qualifications

• 15+ years in field/revenue/sales operations.
• Experience across EMEA markets with multiple currencies and time zones.
• CRM fluency and ability to turn data into regional insights.
• Proven success driving adoption of global programs at regional level.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic operational partner to VP & Managing Director, EMEA and regional GTM leadership with data-driven insights and operational recommendations.
• Apply global forecasting methodologies to provide real-time visibility into EMEA pipeline and revenue performance.
• Build and run regional operating rhythms (QBRs, business reviews) aligned with global framework.
• Partner with global RevOps COEs to co-design and implement the global operating model for EMEA.
