Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI™, seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Business Development for EMEA. You will define the Enterprise strategy, lead a team of BDMs, and partner with Field Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth across strategic industries.

You will shape the Enterprise narrative, create repeatable plays, and build executive relationships with key customers and partners, shaping CoreWeave’s AI platform adoption in the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise business development, go-to-market or strategy leadership in tech environments.
• Experience translating market insight into repeatable sales plays and adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA Enterprise B2B strategy with regional leadership.
• Establish Enterprise POV including architecture, market segmentation and buying centers.
• Lead the development of enterprise sales content, narratives and field assets.
• Hire and develop Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority industries.
• Build repeatable adoption methodologies spanning evaluation to production deployment.
