Job summary

Deckers Brands in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Operations Project Manager to lead and deliver retail operations projects across the EMEA region, guiding store openings, relocations, pop-ups, and operational improvements from planning to execution.

You will build project plans, track milestones, and develop dashboards while coordinating with Retail Operations, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain and store leadership to ensure readiness and brand

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading retail projects, store operations initiatives, or multi-site programmes.
• Experience with new store openings, store relocations, refits, pop-ups, retail events, or operational improvement projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with retail operations, retail expansion, facilities, IT, finance, marketing, or supply chain teams.
• Strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, and action logs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of retail operations projects across the EMEA region, from planning through to launch and post-project review.
• Develop project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, dashboards, and communication tools that support successful execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Expansion, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People teams, and store leadership to align priorities and ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand and operational standards.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing project management processes, and sharing best practices across the business.
