Reports to: Renewals Manager
The role works closely with Renewals Sales Representatives, customers, partners, distributors, Customer Success, Channel and Sales teams across EMEA. It supports the renewal lifecycle from early customer notification through to quote preparation, order support, bookings and renewal administration. The role is focused on enabling the renewals sales team through strong operational execution, accurate data management and timely coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Significant Salesforce experience is essential, as the successful candidate will be expected to work confidently in Salesforce.com on a daily basis to maintain data quality, update opportunities, support pipeline hygiene and provide reliable visibility of renewal activity.
The role requires strong organisation, communication and customer service skills, combined with commercial awareness and the ability to work accurately across multiple opportunities and tasks. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word would also be highly beneficial. A European language would be advantageous but is not essential.
The role is based from the primary office location at Green Park, with remote and smart working arrangements supported where appropriate. Flexibility may be required during month-end and quarter-end periods to support customer deadlines, purchase order processing, bookings and liaison with teams in other regions.
