Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an EMEA Renewals Sales Support Coordinator based in Reading with hybrid work options. You will support renewal execution, CPQ quote creation in Salesforce, PO tracking, and billing-related activity within the Renewals team.

No individual quota is carried and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is essential. The role requires extensive Salesforce experience, CPQ usage, and strong Excel/Word skills, with a focus on accurate data management and cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, renewals, or IT customer service environment.
Mandatory experience creating quotes using CPQ, updating opportunities and renewal data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong data accuracy and CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the renewals sales team to ensure timely progression of renewal opportunities.
Assist with ad-hoc regional coverage across regions or renewal opportunities during peak periods.
Create renewal quotes using CPQ in Salesforce and help prepare proposals and documentation.
Support pricing, service terms and documentation in collaboration with the renewal sales team.
Maintain renewal data in Salesforce and CPQ with high accuracy and completeness.
Document customer activity in CRM, monitor forecast hygiene and renewal progress.
Highlight risks and coordinate with teams to protect customer retention and bookings.
