Job summary

Thales is seeking a Manager, Renewals Sales Support to lead global renewals operations from a Remote UK base. The role blends people management with sales support, including SFDC tasks, quote approvals, and data governance. Travel to Reading site is required twice a month as part of hybrid work.

You will oversee a team, drive renewal growth, and participate in integration projects while shaping best practices in customer success and renewals execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in renewals business (8+ years).
• Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce).
• Experience in mentoring/team leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in renewal processes and reporting.
• Lead and coach a hybrid team to meet renewal targets and growth.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage quarterly and annual renewal quota targets and data integrity in SFDC.
• Collaborate with Legal, Deal Desk and others to support quotes and approvals.
• Provide training and enablement for new hires and migrations/ integrations.
