Job summary

OLIVER, London, United Kingdom, is seeking a Regional Operations Director (EMEA) to translate the global operating model into market‑specific execution. You’ll lead a regional operations team, partner with regional and global leadership, and drive governance, delivery excellence and scalable growth.

You will shape strategy, manage risks and performance, and ensure strong collaboration across Finance, HR, Technology and Implementation to unblock dependencies and optimise margins.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience within advertising, consulting, or professional services.
• Deep understanding of agency operating models including client delivery and margin management.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-market operations teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage profitability.
• Experience with resource planning and capacity management.
• Ability to translate data into action and drive performance improvements.
