Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador, focused on delivering exceptional talent and providing proactive, timely communication on the search status. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

This role supports recruitment projects across all Teleflex EMEA Business Units and HR partnerships, including direct recruiting activities, job postings, interview management, and negotiations with candidates. As the company grows, this role will also help automate processes and increase productivity.

This position can be remote within the UK. Please note that this contract lasts only 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to plan interview schedules.
  2. Create and maintain recruitment data in HR systems.
  3. Maintain candidate databases in compliance with EU laws.
  4. Generate reports to track recruitment metrics such as cost of hires and hiring trends.
  5. Assist managers and employees with recruitment-related queries and issues.
  6. Support recruitment efforts, including job description development, posting, application review, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  7. Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans for current and future needs.
  8. Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition.
  9. Coordinate with stakeholders to verify headcount requests and funding.
  10. Organize recruitment events with third parties within budget.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least three years of results-oriented recruiting experience.
  • Experience in commercial recruitment or the life sciences industry (preferably medical devices).
Skills and Requirements
  • Fluent in English and professional proficiency in German.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
  • Proficient in PC use and MS Office.
  • Approachable, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
