We are now offering a limited number of Partner opportunities for experienced recruiters ready to take the next step in their career. This is not traditional employment. It is a partnership designed for those ready to own their time, their pipeline, and their profit.
What You Will Do
You will operate as an independent recruiter under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best: placing exceptional talent.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery
• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans • Operate independently, but never in isolation.

What You Bring
This opportunity is for proven recruiters who want more control, ownership, and reward.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver independently
• Confidence in managing your desk, pipeline, and schedule
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in one of the following countries: UK, US, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Norway or New Zealand
