Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is hiring a Product Asset Manager EMEA to oversee purchase orders, inventory, and supply planning for a defined supplier portfolio. The role collaborates with suppliers, sales, finance, and operations in a hybrid environment to ensure product availability and optimize stock quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or order management.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, forecasts, and stock-related decisions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management across suppliers, sales teams, and internal functions.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional European language skills would be an advantage.
• Good system skills, including Excel and experience with ERP or supply chain systems.
• Experience in electronics components distribution or supplier-facing commercial operations (preferred).
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order reschedules, backlog, and delivery schedules to meet demand and delivery dates.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, balancing availability with stock quality and turns.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, sales, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
• Track supplier lead times, support forecasting and planning, and maintain accurate product and system data.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, non-conforming receipts, returns with finance, warehouse, and shared services teams.
• Support strategic inventory actions, including stock package negotiations and intercompany transfers.
