Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a highly analytical Retail Allocator for the EMEA region to ensure the right product is in the right stores at the right time. You will optimize inventory productivity across owned stores while supporting new growth, working with Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded with strong data experience, excels in a fast-paced environment, and communicates effectively across teams to maximize sales and stock

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of allocation, merchandise planning, or retail planning experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-store retail business, preferably fashion or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of inventory replenishment and stock optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily/weekly allocations across EMEA stores to maximize sales.
• Monitor stock levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, and replenishment needs.
• Allocate launches, seasonal stock, and promotions based on forecasts.
• Analyze performance by store/region/product and propose optimizations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Buying and Merchandising to balance inventory.
