Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Asset Manager Network Optimization to drive integrated network performance across AFEMEA by optimizing asset safety, service, quality and cost. You will work within the Central Manufacturing - Asset Management function, partnering with the AME team and senior leaders to shape the RR asset network and deploy best-practice programs across Europe.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management or admin.
• Proficient computer skills; strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Preferably packaging/consumer goods knowledge.
• Fluent English; another major European language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year cost improvements and drive revenue and profit growth for the business Technology Groups.
• Monitor network capacity and provide long-term forecasts to inform market strategies and investments.
• Develop asset management plans and capitalize investments while optimizing risk and cost-to-produce.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimize asset utilization and standardization across markets.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to align asset strategy with portfolio plans.
