Job summary

Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain is partnering with a Global electronics organisation to appoint a Supply Chain Manager EMEA based in the UK. You will own planning, procurement, logistics and inventory, aligning demand with supplier capabilities and distribution capacity to deliver reliable product availability and cost efficiency.

You will lead risk management, KPI monitoring and cross-functional improvements, driving measurable performance gains across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions in a multi-site environment.
Strong procurement and contract negotiation capabilities.
Proven ability to translate forecasts into actionable supply plans and inventory policies.
Experience with ERP systems and data analytics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, materials, and inventory management.
Develop and validate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, operations and finance; translate to supply requirements.
Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier selection and contract negotiations to meet cost and delivery targets.
Implement inventory optimisation strategies, including safety stock and reorder parameters in low-cost country supply chains.
Design risk management and contingency plans across the supply chain and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
Coordinate and manage low-cost country sourcing and global supply chain operations for reliability and cost effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and resilience across the supply chain.
