Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks an Assistant/Associate Planner for EMEA to drive inventory and financial strategy across brands from our London head office. You will analyze sales, inventory, and trends to shape regional plans and coordinate with buying and location teams.

You will leverage Excel and Power BI to build robust forecasts, support distribution strategies, and present insights to senior leaders. This role requires strong communication and a collaborative, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Proven leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and margin analysis to craft assortment and regional plans.
• Research global market in partnership with buying teams to build financial plans.
• Forecast and implement product distribution strategies by channel and region.
• Present selling and inventory analysis and insights to senior leadership.
• Build reports on colour/size/channel/pricing for mid-level analysis.
• Conduct regular site walks of UK/EU sites to keep assortment live and priced correctly.
