Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the EMEA region from London. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on P2P processes, quotes, contracts, and supplier interactions to deliver value and compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills and a degree in a related field; you will work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize performance and drive efficiency within the procurement team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
Familiar with procure to pay and end-to-end processes.
Indirect buyer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders within categories assigned.
Execute procurement processes, mainly P2P, including bids, contracts, and invoicing.
Support leadership in process improvement to boost procurement efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance against metrics.
Engage stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Identify and resolve day-to-day P2P issues and streamline processes.
Manage regional metrics, analyze data, and produce summarized reports.
