Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end processes for data center construction, delivery, and operations in EMEA. Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, construction, or data center operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement cycles, including supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cost analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Solid organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Knowledge of data center solutions and regional supplier landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and onboard qualified suppliers.
• Drive end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract execution and supplier performance monitoring.
• Engage with major providers and solution vendors across the region for data center needs.
• Deliver portfolio management, total cost analysis, and procurement governance for stakeholders.
• Develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with growth and infrastructure demands.
