Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems seeks a Senior Data Protection & Privacy Manager to lead the EMEA privacy programme, advising on regulatory compliance and privacy risk across multiple business units and technology deployments. You will guide governance, strategy and practical privacy solutions for AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in privacy, data protection and governance.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on regulatory risk, governance and compliance matters.
• Experience leading cross‑functional privacy projects within complex organisations.
• Experience addressing privacy considerations in AI-enabled systems.
• Experience with privacy audits and regulatory assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain privacy policies and operating procedures across EMEA.
• Lead privacy risk assessments and DPIA activities for new technologies.
• Provide privacy guidance during customer engagements, bids and contractual discussions.
• Coordinate privacy remediation programmes arising from audits and regulatory changes.
• Engage with regulators, external advisors and auditors as required.
