Cubic Transportation Systems in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Data Protection & Privacy Manager to lead the regional privacy program across EMEA. You will shape governance, policy, and controls, partnering with Legal, Security, Engineering and commercial teams to embed compliant practices across products and services.

You will oversee privacy risk assessments, advise on AI privacy considerations, manage regulatory relations and audits, and mentor teams to build a culture of privacy by design.

Formación

• Significant experience in privacy, data protection and governance.
• Experience implementing privacy programs within a complex organization.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders on regulatory risk and governance matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA privacy governance framework and controls.
• Direct privacy impact assessments for new technologies, including AI.
• Provide guidance on AI privacy considerations and supplier assessments.
• Coordinate privacy remediation, audits and regulatory engagement across the region.
