Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in London is seeking a Compliance Vice President in Data, Privacy & AI to oversee regulatory compliance across the EMEA region. You will partner with local and global teams to shape frameworks and drive meaningful change.

You will provide subject matter expertise on GDPR, the EU AI Act, and ensure alignment with evolving regulations. This role involves risk mitigation, training, and supporting regulatory exams with senior management oversight.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data management and AI, or related fields such as compliance, risk or audit.
• Experience interpreting GDPR, EU AI Act and other privacy/AI laws in banking.
• Overseeing data governance and data protection strategies in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Compliance Program for European entities, focusing on Data, Privacy, and AI risk.
• Provide SME guidance to senior stakeholders on Data and AI risk, policies, and regulatory issues.
• Identify and raise potential concerns on business activities across banking and financial services.
• Oversee and support 1LOD Data, Privacy & AI program and analysis of new initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on Data, Privacy and AI obligations.
• Coordinate 1LOD Data Risk testing and controls oversight.
• Compile and analyse management information to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain knowledge of current and future Data, Privacy and AI regulations in EMEA region.
• Build relationships with business, control, and risk teams; represent in regulatory exams.
