Job summary

Sonos is seeking an EMEA Merchandising Specialist to drive end-to-end POS programmes across 17 countries. You will coordinate with agencies, regional marketing and finance to ensure flawless execution and on-brand display standards.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and budget ownership, with a focus on efficient rollout and regional learnings across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Essential 4+ years of experience in retail operations, POS or visual merchandising programme management.
• Experience managing multi-market programmes across EMEA with agency and budget oversight.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, POs, invoices and finance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end EMEA POS programme management with agency executional support.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance, Legal and regional teams.
• Onboard agencies and stakeholders with clear processes and SLAs.
• Drive NPI POS retrofits and rollouts from briefing to in-store reporting.
• Coordinate regional store lists, tour plans and installation partners for NPIs.
• Track POs, approve invoices and capture post-rollout learnings.
• Coordinate artwork, translations, budgets, and calendars.
