Job summary

Rogo is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to scale our HR function across the UK and EMEA. You will own onboarding, performance, and engagement programs while managing HR systems, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in high-growth HR, experience with UK immigration, and a track record of building scalable programs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, including scaling operations across countries.
• Hands-on UK immigration and visa sponsorship experience.
• Proven track record building programs and processes with minimal direction.
• Strong judgment aligning employee needs with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own People Programs & Systems: expand into new markets, onboarding, performance & engagement, data accuracy.
• Manage Benefits, Immigration & Mobility, HR Compliance across markets.
• Support Culture & Manager Partnership with practical resources and training.
• Lead Cross-Functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership.
