Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration.

The role includes multi-country payroll execution, compliance reporting, and data integrity within the HRIS system. Fluent English and French are required, with German or Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English and French; German/Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers (ADP Celergo).
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions, and benefits comply with regional laws.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Act as main contact for employee payroll queries and resolve tax and deduction issues promptly.
