Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration.

The role requires processing EMEA payroll, knowledge of country legislation, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and French (German or Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience with EMEA payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Solid knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and data integrity in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax declarations and benefit schemes.
• Maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS, capture salary adjustments and lifecycle events.
• Act as main contact for payroll queries and help resolve tax/deduction issues.
