Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated payroll processing across EMEA, knowledge of local legislation, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English and French is required; German/Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of local country legislation and reporting.
• MS Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Fluent in English and French (additional German/Dutch is a plus).
• Experience with outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly payrolls for multiple European countries with outsourcing providers.
• Ensure statutory reporting, pension contributions, and benefits compliance.
• Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Serve as main contact for payroll queries and issue resolution.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and data integrity in HRIS.
