Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate and compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany.

You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers (ADP Celergo) to manage end-to-end payroll workflows, employee lifecycle tasks, and system data integrity.

Strong English and French are required, with German or Dutch as a plus; Romanian payroll knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country payroll legislation.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and French; German or Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Romanian payroll desirable.
• Strong relationships with outsourced providers.
• Experience managing outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany.
• Audit monthly payrolls with outsourced providers.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax declarations and pension schemes.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and HRIS data in ADP.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager on regional optimization projects.
• Resolve payroll inquiries promptly.
