Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will manage end-to-end payroll workflows, lifecycle administration, and system accuracy in partnership with outsourced providers.

You will ensure compliance, generate detailed payroll reports, and handle employee inquiries with discretion. English and French fluency are required, with German or Dutch as a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country payroll legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Fluent in English and French; German or Dutch a plus.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers (ADP Celergo preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax declarations and employee benefits.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
• Resolve payroll queries promptly with discretion.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows; coordinate IT offboarding.
• Maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS.
• Collaborate on regional HR process improvements.
