Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and lifecycle administration, ensuring system accuracy across five European markets.

The role requires fluency in English and French, with German or Dutch a strong asset, and familiarity with ADP Celergo.

Qualifications

• Experience processing EMEA payroll across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of local payroll legislation and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure compliance of payroll taxes, pension contributions and employee benefits.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Serve as main contact for payroll queries and issue resolution.
