Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany, in partnership with outsourced providers (ADP Celergo).

You will manage employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local laws, and maintain data integrity in HRIS, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-border collaboration in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations and benefit schemes comply with laws.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Resolve payroll queries with discretion and speed.
