Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany. Partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and lifecycle administration.

You will own multi-country payroll execution, ensure statutory reporting, maintain ADP Celergo integration, and support process improvements across five markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge essential).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• German or Dutch a strong asset.
• Romanian payroll knowledge desirable.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers.
• Experience with ADP Celergo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions, and benefits comply with laws.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Act as main contact for employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate on regional optimisation projects to streamline workflows.
