Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant HR and payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration.

Typical duties include multi-country payroll execution, compliance reporting, system data integrity in ADP, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of country legislation and payroll reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and outsourced providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Germany.
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions, and benefits comply with laws.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Serve as main point of contact for payroll queries and resolutions.
