Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and employee lifecycle administration, ensuring system accuracy across five European markets.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong Excel skills, and experience with ADP Celergo.

Qualifications

• Experience processing EMEA payroll across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Knowledge of German or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Romanian Payroll is desirable.
• Experience managing outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations and employee benefit schemes comply with regional laws.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Resolve payroll queries promptly and discreetly.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows including contracts and IT offboarding.
• Maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS and capture salary changes.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager on regional optimisation projects to streamline workflows.
