Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant, end-to-end payroll and lifecycle administration across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to ensure system accuracy and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Fluent in English and French; German or Dutch a plus.
• Experience managing outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo) and payroll system accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers.
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions, and benefits compliance.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Resolve payroll queries and payroll-related tax/deductions issues.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, drafting contracts and IT provisioning.
• Maintain data integrity in ADP (HRIS) and capture salary changes, leaves, terminations.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager to streamline regional workflows.
