Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant HR and payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and lifecycle administration across five core European markets.

You should have experience processing EMEA payroll, be fluent in English and French, and possess strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• German or Dutch knowledge is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Romanian Payroll is desirable.
• Experience managing outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly end-to-end payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, NL and Germany in partnership with outsourced providers (ADP Celergo).
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions and benefits comply with regional laws.
• Produce accurate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Be the main point of contact for payroll queries, resolving tax and payment inquiries.
