Zusammenfassung

Optro is seeking a Partner Services Manager (EMEA) based in London to lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA/APAC. You will own partner relationships, develop policy, and drive delivery readiness to enable partners effectively and independently.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Product to maximize partner success. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years related experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Optro Experience working with the Optro Platform or other GRC platforms
• Experience working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem (training, escalations, monthly webinar, advisor)
• Experience advising complex enterprise software implementations
• Trained across multiple product lines and willingness to learn modules outside current scope
• Experience working across multifaceted teams to deliver on software implementation engagements

Aufgaben

• Own the EMEA/MENA/APAC region, setting direction, policy and process for partner delivery
• Act as day-to-day Partner Services owner for assigned partners and manage relationships
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services and Product to enable partner success
• Manage partner delivery escalations and root-cause analysis for improvements
• Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance and growth
