Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EMEA cohort of our global Early-in-Career sales onboarding program. The role reports to the Global Program Manager for EIC and focuses on end-to-end execution and delivery for EMEA participants while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong experience with risk & issue management, stakeholder coordination, and accountability without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred).
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the EMEA EIC cohort (planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management, and delivery).
• Ensure high-quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global program standards while addressing regional nuances.
• Track cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs; provide regular status updates to the Global PgM.
• Partner with Recruiting, P&C, Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams in the Americas.
• Support program governance (decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder management).
• Help evolve the program toward AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opportunities.
