Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead two high-impact initiatives, driving end-to-end execution across AMER and EMEA. You’ll establish structure, own timelines, and deliver outputs independently, with onboarding support but full operational ownership.

You will collaborate with leadership and external consultants, manage resources and workflows, and clear blockers to enable multi-region delivery while maintaining high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset: able to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to manage external consultants and interface with senior executives.
• Willingness to adapt daily hours for overlaps with EMEA and US teams.
• Resilient, action-oriented approach to meet tight deadlines across regions.
• Prior agency, digital studio, or consultancy experience balancing multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans with milestones and ensure on-time delivery across workstreams.
• Collaborate with leadership, domain experts, and external consultants for alignment.
• Define resources, roles, and workflows; remove delivery blockers.
• Coordinate multi-region delivery across AMER and EMEA teams.
