Job summary

Validus Risk Management Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client opportunities across Europe, with additional UK coverage. You will report to the Head of EMEA Client Engagement and help expand revenue by raising the firm’s profile.

Based in London, you will originate deals, coordinate with lead generation and service delivery teams, and travel to mainland Europe as needed. The role combines business development, client coverage and project management in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least two European languages and English.
• Experience in FX hedging and execution.
• Exposure to private capital fund managers.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Based in London with ability to travel frequently to mainland Europe.

Responsibilities

• Originate revenue opportunities and manage deals end-to-end.
• Lead deal pitches and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Serve as senior contact to maintain service levels for new clients.
• Collaborate with advisory, capital markets and technology teams on projects.
• Contribute growth strategies and improvements to sales processes.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance performance.
